Life:

I haven't much to say.  I'm sure life is crazy and chaotic for most everyone at this time of the year.  I'll make a New Year's post that might include more of my plans/goals/etc.

What I've read and/or posted since my last Monday Post:

Currently Reading:

A Red Herring without Mustard (Flavia de Luce, Bk 3) by Alan Bradley; Read by Jayne Entwistle

I've started various other books, but I haven't settled on one

Upcoming:

Who knows?  There should definitely be a New Years post.

I haven't read anything here, but have heard the Stephanie Plum books are fun.
    Happy New Year

  2. I'd planned a nice quiet holiday season. Most are very relaxing as we don't get into the traditional Christmas crap. ;) Things didn't happen according to plan. My oldest was in an accident. He's fine, but his truck didn't make it. Pics will be posted later. Needless to say, it took a LONG time to come off that one emotionally. If the guy hit him on the other side, he probably would have been injured.

Also, thank you so much for the Christmas card! That was so sweet and gave me a much needed smile. :)

Anyway, look forward to reading about your plans for this new year!

    1. I'm sorry to hear about your son's accident, but happy to hear he's not injured. Was his truck part of the family too? ;p

Likewise. And did you see the stamp? Louisiana was the closest the post office had to a holiday stamp (without being religious) and it was so perfect.

Yeah, that post is going to be a bit delayed. I meant to have it out on the first. Ha. Certainly by this weekend.

    2. Kind of, sort of. My daughter had it named, but the rest of us referred to it as Bill's truck. And if you asked him, the loss hurt badly, so I guess the answer would be yes. I'm just grateful that he wasn't harmed.

Yes, I did. Thought it was fantastic! :)

  3. I know what you mean about crazy crazy times. I am myself dealing with a thousand and one things, but I try to be very Zen about it. Hope you have a great New Year ahead of you!
