It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? (8/13/2012)

Hosted by: Sheila @ Book Journey

(If you'd like to participate you can go here.)

In the past week I've read and posted:

Gold Fever (Klondike Mystery, Bk 2) by Vicki Delany (ILL Library copy) (Canadian Book Challenge 6 book)

In the past week I've read (post to come):

The Best Laid Plans by Sarah Mayberry (personal copy)

Like No Other Lover (Pennyroyal Green, Bk 2) by Julie Anne Long (personal copy)

Currently Reading:

This week's reading possibilities include:

I have no clue...

I still have books piling up from the library (newer cozies, books for the Canadian book challenge), as well as my personal TBR abundance.

What it all boils down to is I couldn't have predicted most of what I read this past week, and I doubt I can do much better in the coming week.

  4. Doesn't Cat Daddy have a TV show? I think I've seen video clips of him. Some of those cats are scary! (lol) We've had some nutty cats in the past, our current is named Zillah. There's a reason. She only attacks my oldest son and it's because he won't pay attention to her. I told him I've felt like doing the same thing from time to time...lol. When he sits in front of his computer, the world around him doesn't exist.

    1. He does ... Animal Planet's My Cat from Hell. That's where I knew him from first. I always wonder what he'd say if he did a consult with my cats.

    2. lol about your son. Great mental image there. Can you imagine the headlines? MOTHER ATTACKS SON!!! SON DIDN'T SEE IT COMING! SON CLAIMS MOM POUNCES LIKE CAT!!! But hey, you're the writer. I'm sure you can come up with something even better and more dramatic.

    3. You give me too much credit. Besides, with my family, I don't need to embellish. Tone it down a bit, yes...lol. No one would believe the truth.
