Reviews:
- I reviewed Dead Air by Mary Kennedy.
- I posted some brief (spoiler-free) comments on Kim Harrison's Every Which Way but Dead, Fistful of Charms, For a Few Demons More, and The Outlaw Demon Wails here. I'm calling this set-up a combo-review and I may do it semi-regularly from now on.
- I also did a combo-review of Leslie Meier's Wedding Day Murder, Birthday Party Murder, and Father's Day Murder (found here).
- I reviewed the hilarious children's book Chester written and illustrated by Mélanie Watt.
- And I reviewed Mrs. McTats and Her Houseful of Cats by Alyssa Satin Capucilli (Illustrated by Joan Rankin).
- Star Spangled Murder by Leslie Meier
- White Witch, Black Curse by Kim Harrison
- The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
- Miss Smith and the Haunted Library by Michael Garland
- Blackwork by Monica Ferris
- The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien (I found it!!!)
- After the Cure: The Untold Stories of Breast Cancer by Emily K. Abel and Saskia K. Subramanian
I really can't say. I have a lot of books going overdue that I can't renew, and I need to get going on those. I guess the library (and my fellow library patrons who request the books I have out) will be controlling my reading for a while.
i've read so much good reviews on the hunger series. hope you love it too.

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you found The Hobbit! I think I read an abridged version when I was a kid, but I don't remember what I thought of it. I really need to try it again.
ReplyDeletedArLyN - Actually, I didn't love it. However, I do agree that it was very good. =)

Chrissie - If you do get a chance to read them, I hope you enjoy them.
Sheila (Bookjourney) - I haven't made it far with The Hobbit, but what I've read so far is fun.
Jill - It's certainly well written and intriguing.
alitareads - I'm not very far into it, but so far it's amusing, fun, and, because I'm somewhat familiar w/ some of the characters from the LOTR movies, interesting.
