  4. Does it really matter how many people participate in the giveaway as long as it’s one? Not sure if this matters, but it took a long time for the word to get around when I started giveaways. Of course, this was a long time ago, before publishers caught on to the benefits of giveaways. Even when my numbers grew, the best turnout was over the recently released or pre-released books.

Hope you are feeling better soon. Getting sick is never fun!

    1. I'm afraid I'll run out of interest once everybody's won a book or two. Not to mention it does help with my motivation to read a book every week. Anyway, I figure asking people to spread the word isn't going to hurt.

  5. Do feel better! One of the things I hate about being sick is that it takes much needed time away from reading. Beyond Courage sounds like an important read. I've also been seeing The Weed that strings the Handman's Bag around - and the title alone is enough to pique my curiosity. Enjoy the rest of your reading week!

    1. You'd think a day off work would mean a day of reading, but the fever and throbbing head made that a no go.

Beyond Courage is a juvenile book that, so far, I'd highly recommend adults reading too. There are so many inspiring stories I never knew.

I kept seeing Alan Bradley's books around too before I finally started listening to them.
